Our dark chocolate bark is made with 60% Belgian dark chocolate combined with whole roasted pecans and dried cherries.

As usual, everything I ordered was SO good ! This time I tried the Dark Chocolate Bark and it was delicious, nice and thin with lots of Chocolate and loaded with nuts. It's actually difficult to share this candy with others because it'll be all gone and I'd have to wait to order another shipment. It's a good thing it doesn't take long to get here (couple days). My absolute favorite is the Fudge ( Maple Nut and Chocolte Walnut). I find some of the other candy, like the Bark or Turtles to be slightly too salty for me and my health problems. It is probably okay for normal diets but I have a fluid retention problem and the new trend is to sprinkle salt on chocolate candies and pastries. So I'll stick to the fudge.
