Thank you for visiting our website. We are sure you will love the gourmet confections we produce. For as much care that we put into making each item we care just the same in the shipping process.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER? 

Since we make all of our products fresh, it usually takes 2-3 business days to ship your orders and arrive in 2-3 business days via UPS or FedEx**

Orders are not shipped out on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.


**Due to the uptick in online orders, shipping carriers are still seeing unprecedented delays. Please allow extra time for your treats to arrive!

WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM?

We have our main store and make all of our fudge and chocolate in our factory in Grove City, PA (right outside Pittsburgh). 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING RATE? 

Ground rate (UPS) --- $9.95

FedEx 2-day air (based on order price) --- $13.95 - $40.95

UPS standard overnight  (based on order price) --- $27.95 - $65.95


FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.


Note: For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must ship FedEx 2-day air ($29.95)

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

No. We ship only nationwide. 

HOW DO YOU KEEP CHOCOLATE FROM MELTING? 

Because we want to make sure that your fudge and chocolates arrive in the best quality, we take precautions in cold packaging! 


Our fudge recipe allows for temperatures to get over 100 degrees and will not melt - it’ll get soft, but place your fudge back at room temperature or a little while in the freezer and it will go back to normal. 


For orders with chocolate confections in it, we use insulation and refrigerant to prevent it from melting!


If your order arrives melted send us a picture of the items you received melted and we will take of your case.


Note: If an order with chocolate items is placed Thursday or after, it will be held until the following week so it does not sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

IT SAYS IT’S BEEN DELIVERED BUT I DON’T SEE IT? 

Please wait till the end of the day. Sometimes shipping companies scanners go off earlier than expected. You can also call your local office; they usually have more information than our customer service rep can help with.

Also, please double-check the address was correct or was not dropped off at one of your neighbors (if they live close by).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY? 

REFUND POLICY

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in great condition at the address provided at checkout. If you are not completely satisfied with quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your statement for assistance with a replacement or exchange.


We will either reship or replace your item(s). A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 5 business days. Chocolate Moonshine Co. reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered.


Our Chocolate Moonshine Guarantee extends to only correctly addressed orders. Chocolate Moonshine Co. is not responsible for failed deliveries when:


1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address

2. Your recipient is out of town or not available

3. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
