Bourbon Sea Salt Caramel has a base of our Belgian Chocolate Fudge and then topped with Bourbon flavored fudge and Soft, gooey, hand-made caramel sprinkled with just the right amount of coarse Sea Salt for that perfect blend of salty, sweet, and savory.

INGREDIENTS

Pure cane sugar, cream, unsweetened chocolate: 99% belgian cocoa mass (contains cocoa mass, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla), AA butter, glucose syrup (<4%), brown sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, brandy: 57% (23% alcohol), ethyl alcohol, natural flavor, thickener: tragacanth, burnt sugar, Irish cream liqueur: 15% (13.1% alcohol), skimmed condensed milk sweetened, starch and salt.
