Our Black Cherry Bourbon fudge is cooked in two different batches taking double the time than our single batch flavors. With all good things take time they say, Belgian Chocolate Fudge Swirled with a perfect blend of black cherry and bourbon flavoring.

INGREDIENTS

Pure cane sugar, cream (milk, disodium phosphate, sodium citrate, carrageenan),  unsweetened chocolate: 99% Belgian cocoa mass (contains cocoa mass, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla), glucose syrup (<4%), AA butter, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, sour cherry juice concentrate:15%, sour cherries: 10%, concentrated elderberry juice, Acidulant: citric acid, ethyl alcohol, starch, natural flavor, cherry brandy 55% (23.8% alcohol), thickener: tragacanth.
