Additionally, the fudge may absorb other food odors from the fridge, which can alter its flavor. It’s best to keep your fudge at room temperature, tightly sealed, or, if you need to store it for longer, freeze it in an airtight container. Freezing helps it last up to 6 months without losing its creamy texture.
